Website terms
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Square Two Media website. Project work, quotes and paid services are covered by separate proposals, agreements or booking terms.
Using this website
This website is provided by Square Two Media to explain our video production services, show selected work and let people make enquiries.
You may browse the site, share page links and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code or use automated scraping in a way that harms the site or our rights.

Content and copyright
The text, layout, images, videos, stills, graphics and other materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Square Two Media unless stated otherwise.
You must not copy, reproduce, edit, republish, sell, license or use our website content for commercial purposes without written permission. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify past work or relevant project context.
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee availability. We may ask for more information before quoting or confirming a project.
Quotes, proposals, production schedules, usage terms, payment stages, cancellation terms and delivery details should be confirmed separately in writing. If there is any difference between these website terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement will usually take priority for that work.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the website accurate and useful, but services, availability, prices, examples, timings and page content may change. The website is general information, not professional legal, financial or tax advice.
If you spot something that looks wrong or outdated, please let us know.
External links and embeds
The website may link to or embed third-party platforms, including video, social media, maps, form or hosting providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, availability, content or privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the website on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful code.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them from time to time by publishing a new version on this page.
Questions about these terms can be sent to Admin@SquareTwoMedia.co.uk.
Planning a project?
The website terms are separate from project terms. Send a brief and we will talk through the right next step.
